Project description: |
This project will continue the development of one of last years (2010) bachelor thesis, "Disseminating Information about Human Evolution".
Our work will consist of adding new functionality, as well as improving some of the existing functionality.
One of our goals is improving the communication between the map and timeline which, at this point, is nonexistent. We would also like to add some new tools to improve communication between the web application and its users. |
What makes this project useful/interesting? | What makes this project interesting is that we have the opportunity to use our knowledge of web development, as well as acquire new knowledge, both in web development, optimization, and export of data (documents). In addition to this, we see this as an interesting experiment on working with people across continents. |
